drayton festival theatre

I have had the pleasure of seeing the Drayton Festival Theatre grow over 20 plus years, into the wonderful venue that it is today. It is fully accessible with an elevator, and the balcony seats in particular have great sight lines. The acoustic quality has been vastly improved over the years and it is an excellent theatre for musicals. My only criticism would be a slightly higher rake to the orchestra seats, as sometimes it can be difficult to see the stage if a taller person is seated in front of you. As for quality of productions, they have been constantly top notch and certainly you get far more bang for the buck than in Toronto or Stratford. You can't go wrong visiting Drayton.

We took my dad and 9 year old daughter to a show and it seems that no matter how old it is an enjoyable experience. The people also make the show awesome!!!

We went to see Too Many Cooks and laughed all the way through. The actors are very talented. We both love local theatre.

Drayton Festival Theatres in Drayton, St. Jacobs and Grand Bend--all highly professional and all firts rate. The Drayton theatre is a restored 1901 Opera House Two theatres at Grand Bend are virtually new, nicely located east of the mobs of beach trotters..
