It`s a cemetery -- not exactly a fun place -- but my parents are buried here, and I often come for a year-round walk. The grounds are well maintained, and if you`re looking for a meditative space, this one is pretty good.

When my Father-in -law passed away money was not plenty but we wanted to keep his memory alive…the suggested we right a message in their special book that sits by the door of the chapel…every February 9th the page is open and we will place a rose on the book and go in and read our message. It was good advice for us. They did not try in our sorrow to push us into something we could not afford.

The reception was great and king. The presentation was excellent and so was the price of the land.Monthly payment for a year was a saving on serv. charges/interest.Th earlier you (plan) and buy, shop wisely the more you save and you put your mind at ease.

This place was a total let down; I assumed it was a happening place because I'd heard that people were dying to get in. But when I got there, everyone was either dead or crying. Total downer.

My good friend was placed to rest at this location. I love going there to visit and have some quiet and thoughtful time. It is really beautiful.

After attending a police funeral here, I checked out the above stated historical site. It was worth checking out as it is good to see that Canadian that fought in this "forgotten war" are remembered. I know it took several years to get such a site because of lobbying on the federal government by Canadians. Nice to see that our elected officials are listening to average Canadians for a change.

I'm glad I had a chance to visit and see the Korean War Memorial. It's very beautiful and quite unique, consisting of plaques for each of the 516 Canadians killed in the war. There is also a large sculpture adjacent to it called Conflict. Both monuments and the surrounding cemetery are just minutes from Highway 407.
