I would like to compliment Solid Gold Day Tours for providing great service for our group while we were in Jamaica in June 2014. Our driver Christopher Badall was excellent, he was always on time and pleasant, our group was approximately 20 people including two children. If it is WI-FI you want Chris can provide it. Chris provided us with great music, clean comfortable vehicle and stress free transportation, recommended some good places to eat as well. The youngest member of the group grew attached to Chris, and he treated her as if she was his daughter (rocking her to sleep when needed). I would highly recommend Solid Gold Day Tours. Thanks for a great time and I hope that you are available for our next project.

Our non-profit organization has enlisted the services of Solid Gold for 2 years in a row now. They provide airport to hotel shuttle services for our volunteers plus daily transportation to the clinics that we serve. We had 3 buses each day going to various locations with our medical and dental teams. The drivers were the best! They were careful drivers, courteous and very helpful. Chris transported my team daily and was exceptional.Our group would highly recommend their services.

I have to give a shout out to Chris Badall who we used as a private driver on our recent trip to Jamaica. We were holidaying at Beaches, Ocho Rios and decided we wanted to go clubbing 'off resort'. After several attempts to find a driver at reasonable cost and who was reliable my husband and I were eventually connected to Chris. Chris drove us to Margeritiville, introduced us to the staff and made exact arrangements as to where we could find him and at what time, when we wanted to be picked up. He also supplied us with his number in case of emergency. Chris was exactly where he said he would be and this was reassuring as we were in unfamiliar territory and although we were pretty safe, knowing we had a driver we could rely on gave us peace of mind. On the way back to the resort Chris pointed out landmarks and talked about local culture, he kindly offered to make us a CD of reggae music; which true to his word he delivered on the day of our departure through the bus window as we pulled away. Would definitely use him again.

I recently experienced a very tragic and sad time in my life. Sweet sweet Jamaica was not so sweet this time around as my trip was filled with sorrow. Solid Gold Tours was the tour company of choice for me and my family as I had utilized their service before and know of their integrity and care given to others. Chris our driver was most gracious. Thank you Chris, the care and understanding Solid Gold Tours showed us as we traveled around was outstanding. Once again, hats off to you. Always my tour company of choice.

Solid Gold Tours and especially Chris our tour bus driver made our time in Jamaica wonderful. A tragedy brought us together but solid gold tours helped us by arranging a guest house for us to stay in, a private bay that we could swim in and Chris was at our disposal night and day. Sometimes I wondered if he ever slept. LOL. Whenever we needed Chris he was there. He recommended great restaurants with live music, took us to the craft market, recommended great sightseeing spots and even took us to look at homes of some of the stars like Mick Jagger and Diana Ross. He was the friendliest bus driver I have ever seen. We were very comfortable with him and by the end of the trip he felt like family, that's how good he was. He made sure he accommodated all the group members and when I needed to use a phone because my phone didnt work in Jamaica Chris allowed me to use his. He was very patient and a lot of fun. Thank you for a great time in Jamaica......SolidGoldTours and most especially Chris.

Thanks to Solid Gold Tours for making our sad trip to Jamaica a pleasant and enjoyable one. Me and my family went to Jamaica due to funeral arrangements, With Leighton in the US and Chris in Jamaica from solid gold tours they not only helped us with travel arrangements but also with hotel stay and adventure trips around the island. This crew turned our sad trip in a total adventure, I could keep going & going about how great this team treated our family. While in Jamaica, I was referred to Solid Gold Tours after using another tour company and was quite displeased. Solid Gold Tours made me feel right at home, they went above and beyond in the excellent service they rendered. It is good to know there is a tour company I can rely on whenever I visit Jamaica. On our trip to Jamaica a few years ago my youngest daughter & I went on a tour with Christopher Badall as our tour driver. We came back to the bus before the rest of the group and had a text from my son that he had gotten into some "legal trouble".... Christopher came back to find me in a puddle of tears not knowing what to do or where to go. He was kind enough to let me use his cell phone to contact my son & also talked to my son & then made a few phone calls and took me to where my son was & every thing worked out miraculously & I am quite sure it had something to do with Christopher & the calls he made! I am very thankful for Christopher and his help! You are in good hands with him as your tour person! (but try to stay out of trouble, kids... I am sure he doesn't need the extra work ;-D ) Debi W. PS also he is a very good & safe driver! We were there in January or February of 2009 but they don't have a space for that .....
