A wonderful way to end your stay in jamaica. Highly recommended as it speeds you through customs and security and allows you to have a comfortable seat with drinks food and relaxed atmosphere while you wait for your flight. Well worth the 30$ US each. You can also have a shower there if you want to keep partying til the last moment on your resort

This was our second visit to Jamaica and each time we booked to use Club Mobay when departing Montego Bay Sangster Airport.It is nice to have a quiteter, less-crowded place to await our flight, especially as the bus from the resort tends to arrive at the Mobay airport well before flight departure time. We enjoy the complimentary snacks which make it unnecessary to buy food on the plane. Beverages are also included, both alcoholic and hot and cold non-alcoholic. However, our flights are usually morning departures so we do not have much free booze, (sadly!)For us, however, the big advantage to booking Club Mobay is the expedited passage through security, customs etc. However while we were met at flight checkin by Club personnel on our first visit and all was expedited from there, this year we had to checkin first and then proceed some distance to join up with our Club Mobay escorts before clearing Customs etc. This was less helpful and beneficial than our first experience, but not enough not to recommend purchasing Club Mobay.

This was a great way to end our holiday. There is a play area for children with a television.Food- sandwiches, wraps nibbles spring rolls, fruit, crispsDrinks juices, beers, wine, cocktails.It was nice to end the holiday on a high away from from the hustle and bustle of other travellers, this lounge really is a must.

We decided to book club Mobay after we arrived and the airport was really busy! It was a great choice. We bypassed the long lines at security and had a nice place to relax while waiting with drinks included! We will do it again

This is only way to leave the island. Express security check through. Free drinks light food. Kids can play before travel home. More islands should follow suit. Yeah mon great trip. MO Mobay please..

Definitely the way to travel, participate in the Club Mobay. Great lounge for food and drinks before leaving.

When we arrived at the airport We couldn't believe the line to exit through security. Had someone told me about this, we would have by passed a HUGE line and out enjoying our holiday almost an hour earlier!!

Well worth booking for your return trip. We had booked a lounge at Birmingham for our flight out and to be honest The Mobay was much better than at BHX.The lounge is split into several little lounges of a nice size, well presented and the food available was excellent. Lots of finger food and really good quality. It is an ideal way to relax before your flight home. There is a smoking lounge outside of the Mobay which you are able to use, you just need to speak to the staff and they will give you a ticket for re-entry to the lounge. Good selection of drinks and really friendly staff.

We pre-purchased (online) our departure tickets to Club MoBay based on the long security lineups we'd had to endure during our first trip to Jamaica last year. As it turned out, leaving on Friday the 13th meant no lineups at all, but the lounge was still a welcome break before our flight home.Lots of finger food options (especially liked having the sample size pieces of Tortuga rum cakes!), good WiFi access, an extensive bar (and bartenders who know how to make a decent Old Fashioned!), and clean washrooms.I'm looking forward to next year when my kid turns 18 and we can use the adults-only room as it did get a bit noisy with some of the younger kids but still much better than the gate area. The business centre has good laptops, but a printer would be a useful addition.

We booked this through Thompson. It is great value. ARRIVAL: Get greeted at the airplane on your way in. You have an agent take you through immigration (special line), they then help you get your bags. You then get escorted to a small arrivals lounge when you are given drinks and a snack while they locate your taxi driver.DEPARTURE: Check in as normal, then procedure through immigration to the departures lounge. Mobay have their own departure lounge serving drinks and snacks.Recommended.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The food was good, plentiful and a big selection.

Good facility but very busy and only one shower room. Good variety of drinks and snacks but such a vast airport you could probably amuse yourself for a couple of hours

My best decision was booking the Club Mobay VIP arrival.For the departure, we still had to endure a line to check bags, although with priority status, it wasn't horrible. After that, we walked past the mile long line of people waiting to pass through security into a dedicated and fast moving line for Club Mobay ticket holders. This saved us easily an hour of shuffling a few inches at a time with our 8 & 9 year olds in 85 degree air conditioning.In the club, there were drinks, appetizers, access to the Margaritaville restaurant menu.In the gate area, there were hundreds of people stashed everywhere.Cost for two adults and two kids was $90. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Why end your vacation on a sour note?If departing on an off day, maybe it's not so bad. We left on a Thursday two years ago and I don't remember the massive crowds.

I go to Jamaica every year and the Mobay Lounge is a great place to relax, have a few drinks and a bite to eat before boarding the plane. The price is totally reasonable and probably cheaper than eating in the air port. There is comfortable seating, TV, internet use. I would Deffinatley recommend it and I will be back next year!!!!

It's worth every penny. VIP all the way. You will enjoy quick and fast service through customs. I'm so glad my girlfriends and I booked this.
