Alfonso and Jorge were our guides on this wonderful zip lining tour. We all felt very comfortable because safety was their first priority. They also provided information about the island and its history. Extremely nice people - we had a great time!

These guys are great!! I went to PR for a week with four of my friends and this was the most fun we had the ENTIRE trip! Their prices are very reasonable, and the experience was very intimate! I recommed them to everyone!

Great experience with Alfonso and Cesare- this was our first time ziplining, they really go over all the safety criteria and are very friendly. I would do this again for sure....looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico...

This was a great afternoon adventure for my husband and myself. First of all, we have never zip lined, and for our first time out , Alfonso went over all his credentials, training, the reliability of the equipment to reassure us that we would be safe today! Our outing not only included the zip line, but also some hiking, instructions on three micro ecosystems, and swimming in a mineral spring! They included some fresh fruit and drinks, a rustic changing room and took LOADS of pictures for us. Thanks Caesar and Alfonso!

We went on this tour from one of the cruise ships that ported in San Juan for the day. Communication was excellent and our guides picked us up right on time. They were friendly and courteous, telling us about the island and various sites on our way to the course. However, the course itself fell short of what we were expecting. I had asked Alfonso via email how many zips there were, but he never answered that question directly. I guess I should have pressed the issue, because once we arrived we discovered there were only 3 ziplines plus a short bridge. For $99 a person (plus tax and tip), we were expecting a bigger course. I DID appreciate that our guides took numerous pictures of us with our camera for free. Looking back at the photos, we did have a good time. The course just fell short of what we have done in other locations for a similar price. Shame on me for not asking more questions about the course up front.

It was a great day.... We were all alittle nervous trying for the first time and weather was not so good. But the owners are so kind and comforting in teaching you to be safe. It was so worth every dollar. I highly recommend to anyone visiting PR. Meeting at Krispy Kreme was a special treat!

Hello,We are really sorry for the inconvenience of your tour. Our guides are trained to act accordingly to nature's setbacks. They did all they are trained for to get you out safely and the course is actually 3 ziplines and the bridge so you actually did the whole thing. Calling it unsafe is affecting our business which has a perfect record. We are sorry for all your troubles and please reconsider if its really unsafe as the guides did all they had to do to keep you safe. The weather is something we cant control. The wives went and had a great time... Not sure if this is the correct place but they went where there was 8 lines ending with the monster.

We are staying in Dorado, so this zip line tour really was close by. We met Alfonso and Cesar at Krispy Kreme and followed them to the starting point. We (one adult, three teenagers) were shown how to use our equipment and taken on a short hike to the first platform. The first zip line is 800 feet. The guides also pointed out quite a bit of the jungle plants, which we found spectacular.In all, the tour lasted about 2.5 hours. I highly recommend this if you're staying near Dorado.

Just got back from an adventure with my kids, wife and parents. We had a great time. My son is 5 and my daughter is 8 and they can't stop talking about it. Great job guys, loved it!

Fantastic excursion. Alfonso and Ceasar were great! They were very knowledgeable and very patient with the folks who never ziplined. Property is very pretty. The ziplines were perfect for the first timers. There was also a hike and an enjoyable break with a dip in the water hole. The kids (9 and 11) loved it. It was the highlight of our vacation. Also they were very helpful in guiding us to and from the site as well as recommending other sites/restaurants for our vacation. Thank you!

My experience with this attraction was amazing! I love that it was very personal and the guys that guided us through this adventure were probably some of the nicest and knowledgable guys I've met. They really take care of you and give you a lot of advice on where to visit, what the best restaurants are, etc. They really make it a priority to show you a good time and make sure you have fun in Puerto Rico. From the moment they picked us up from our hotel, we felt really comfortable. They stop for bathroom breaks, stopped the car to let us take pictures, and gave us fruit when we were hungry. They prepared us well for the zip lining experience, making sure we had some practice before we went on the actual thing. It was a LOT of fun! They also guided us through a nature walk through the rain forest and we were able to experience some really cool things like swimming in a river pool and hiking through a river. awesome experience and probably the best part of my entire vacation.the tour guides were great and experienced and very knowledgable, as we got a scenic tour of puerto rico as well during our drive. i learned so much about the history and nature of puerto rico while having a ton of fun.we went hiking both on land and through a stream, zip lining, and swam in a water hole with a waterfall. we even found a passion fruit tree which we were actually able to eat the fruit from.i highly recommend this tour!

Very friendly and accommodating company. There was 10 of us and only 6 went zip lining. They had a fabulous time. The other 4 of us went on a customized tour of the area. Very thoughtful and well planned. They accommodated my 84 year old mother, who is partially disabled. Would highly recommend!

We had a ball ! It's safe, no worries.Very experienced staff. For cruise ship folks it won't take up your whole day. I highly recommend this experience , you won't regret it ! Cesar & Alfonso are fantastic !! We'll be back !JR Stinnett
