This place is just not good. Way high prices, bad business, bad and outdated park. What a waste of our time and money.

I loved everything, the wave pool, the climbing pool, the ice cream stand, the lines are short, the people are friendly, the park plays great music and the lifeguards watch the kids well. The park is not so huge, so kids are easy to watch. Security is strict in the entrance. Food is ok, we always head to a sit down restaurant afterwards, lots of local restaurants nearby.

Last summer, I got together a group of friends and went to Las Cascadas Water Park in the town of Aguadilla Puerto Rico. On arrival we were impressed with the variety of fun. It is the largest waterpark in Puerto Rico. It’s brings a variety of diversion with water for children, teens and adults too. I like the Waves River, because it’s really feel like the beach waves. I saw many lifeguards, looking for the security, that’s good especially in the wave’s river. Speed slides are lot of fun too, one of these is like a tunnel. The Lazy river is a large pool in which people can relax floating in a tube slowly, going in circles. We enjoyed the crazy river once and again and again. My little cousin was very happy, in the kiddy pool. There’s a large pool with many round mats, simulating a road, that people intent to cross, by holding themselves from a net over it. It’s very difficult, only a few peoples can do it, almost everybody falls down. We enjoy it and all in the park. They have their food stores, bathrooms, “In my experience it’s were cleans” some gazebos, around the area, tables and chairs to your convenience. They have lockers for rent too. They open in the summer, in the weekends. It’s better to go in groups, to obtain discounts. I think is an excellent place to the entire family can enjoy. We want to come back, in the next summer.

I went to the water park this summer. It was a nice experience but not great. I had so much fun with my friends, the people who works there treated us really good. The lazy river was great, you can relax and go with the flow. They have a water games so you can test your balance, I had one the best memories there. The wave pool was okay, but I don’t like wave pools because you have to keep jumping when the waves are on, so is not funny at all. The thing is that you can’t bring you food, they sell hamburgers and cola but it’s expensive. I know is a water park so you’re expecting to be sunny, but the sun were burning us because we couldn't find a shade. The give you a locker so you can leave your things there but honestly the locker is very small and all my stuffs almost didn't fit there. It was full of people so you have to do a big line to every ride you want to try. I you are going with a group please go together in one car because the parking is very tiny. One of the best things about the park is the location. Is near to the mall, to El Parque de Colón, and now there is a Walgreens, a Wendy’s, and a Chili’s next to the park, so if you’re hungry and want to eat good you have those restaurants. So is cool if you want to spend a nice day with your family but keep in mind all those bad things.

Nothing like we have in the united States but the kids had fun. To me it was more like a pool with a few water slides added in. They have little tents to sit under which was nice because it was so hot. Watch out for the fire ants in the parking lot. While we were waiting in line a whole bunch them started crawling on my feet not a great start to the day.

This waterpark offers an alternative for those hot tropical days here at our island, but it lacks quality for the food, rides etc. They charge almost $30 for the entrance and don't let you bring your own food so if you get hungry, you have to buy it from them which I totally get, its just business, but what its up with charging $20 for a hotdog with fries and coke? Thats too expensive. I think they should lower their food prices instead of overpricing foul quality meals.

Now the city is building a hotel next to the water park. A few national restaurant are also open or getting or ready to open right next to it. Next year will be the Wet & Wild on the northwest area. Kids of all ages love this park. Bring your inner child and join the fun.

Worst experience I've ever had! I went to the park, as a puertorrican visitor that was visiting and the way the employees were treating customers was very bad. The hours of operation are till 5 o clock but they close the slides at 4:30pm, the bathrooms are open till 4:50 pm and there's an annoying guard screaming the time left as if you were in a prison. Since that was going on we decided to leave the bathroom so other people could use it and went to a table outside to finish touching up, and still there a guard screamed at us that we needed to leave. It was horrible! Oh, and the slides aren't well maintained, I hit my feet with the corner of a slide and started bleeding a lot! Don't go there, don't waste your money in that place!

Well just came back from a Great day with the family! But that was after almost breaking my neck and falling off my tube like 4 times. While this was happening the life guards from the "Rio Loco" where playing with water ballons that almost hit my with in the face, and the rest of them where to busy texting on the phones to pay any attention to the lives around them!!! But not all where like that thank god in all the other attractions the life guards where on point. My go again but not to the Rio Loco!

The attractions were really fun. There are big lines to make on some of them. You can't bring your own food.

I went to this park with my famy members. It was pretty good although prices were little high and service wasn't. 100% I can say I did have a great time in he park.

Went on Thursday July 17th. Got there about 10:30 and there was a line. The park quickly added cashiers so payment end entry was quick. Would someone really wait for 3 hours? I can't imagine that. Food was served quickly and it was well priced and tasty. On each and every slide you weren't allowed to even approach the starting area until the person ahead of you was either at the bottom or 75% of the way down. Tubes and mats, where needed, were handed to you at the end of the ride, You couldn't hold on to a tube or mat and say that you were going again. The process was fair and I never waited more that a minute or two at the end of the ride to grab a tube or mat or at the top of the ride to go down. As for the review that said they were an engineer and the rides weren't safe. OMG! The slides din't shake even a little bit and there were far more support than I've seen at other parks in the states. I paid close attention to this and noticed no rust on any of the supports and no shaking what so ever. There was plenty of security and plenty of polite, attentive lifeguards. It was a great day for my son and the trip to Crash Boat Beach after was fantastic for mom and dad. You get much more ride per dollar at this park than you would at a Disney water park. The city of Aguadilla does it right for it's citizens with this little gem. Give your kids a break their smiles are worth it. Happy to answer any specific questions johndavid172000@yahoo.com.

We purchased half-price tickets online to use it between June 23-June 27 (Monday-Friday). We went monday and there was a very long line, we waited three hours before we could finally enter. You could noticed the bad administration and the tickets had no refund so it was either stay or try another day. Oh and better yet, the people buying the ticket full price got to enter first. That's just bad, we were standing in the hot sun without nothing to eat because you couldn't bring your OWN food. At least the place inside was beautiful and very fun, but please, don't do that kind of stuff to people that got the tickets half-price, it was an offer that you people launched.

I didn't realize just how small the park was. Not that many people at park or concession but I had to wait about 40 minutes for my food. No one was managing the amount of time the next person needed to wait before going down the water slides. Saw some near misses. Lastly, I think their quality standards for these rides are probably a lot less stringent than those in the states. My husband informed me that he saw the water slide shaking quite a bit. I didn't go on any other rides after that. The wave pool was great. Bathroom was dirty, while some of the cleaning ladies stood around bochinchando (which means gossiping in spanish). Would not return.

And so, I decided to take my daughters to a water park in Puerto Rico. What could be more fun and refreshing. I paid our entrance fee and in we went. Ah, the expectation to spend a beautiful vacation day with my kids and the excitement in their faces. Hold on a second, where are the tubes to ride the rides? Not enough for all the people in the park, and it was not even close to full. I asked a staff member about it and he told me that the rides could be enjoyed without the tubes, but we were denied access when we attempted to do so, and then I asked where we could get the tubes, and were told that there were not enough because there was large group that came the day before and some tubes were damaged (?!), and reaffirmed us again that we needed the tubes to ride the water slides, but that we could find some tubes if we were eager enough or had been there earlier, but that some rides were designed to use without them, blah, blah, blah. After he decided to end his circular argument, out of exhaustion or oppressed by the humidity, he made it look as if he was doing us a favor by facilitating us an inner tube large enough to be used by a Sumo wrestler in comfort, which could not be safely used by my daughters, per the staff at the rides! At this point I decided to leave, but not before going to get a refund. The attendant in the entrance booth decided to have me speak to the person in charge after I requested to speak to the manager because of her refusal to address my issues, and she sent for a security guard, and three other security guards, a move that would have made any dictator proud. I told the assumed persuader in charge that even though I appreciated the courtesy of his intimidation, I preferred to speak to the manager. But he refused, and in no uncertain terms told me that I would receive no refunds, but "politely" invited me to return inside and try to enjoy my time with them. My daughters, 8 and 10, oblivious due to their innocence to the totalitarian event that just transpired, asked me to go back inside, and I gave in because their plea could do more than my anger. By the way, never did I raised my voice or behave in any way other than respectfully. Back inside we tried to ride a just opened slide that did not require a tube. My little one went on line and was told she could not ride it because she was not tall enough, though she was about two inches taller than the mark the park has drawn in red ink in front of the ride. When I pointed to this, the ride attendant told me that it was to be measured at the level of the chin (What the f@$#k?). Our last chance to ride one ride down the drain, and the saddest faces of two kids you will ever see embedded in my mind still today. I always share the memories with everyone I can.
