We were forced to look for another beach to go because the one at Viceroy was just impossible to win. We would be washed away. So we went to Mondays Bay at Cap Juluca hotel. What a paradise. Specially in the corner by the restaurant. It looks like that there is a silence code. Everyone talks very low and the beach is just beautiful. Worth the visit and stay.

W.O.W. That's all you'll be able to say when you first walk onto Maundays Bay. It's that breathtaking.I've been to A LOT of beaches, and finding the best ones is my part-time job. So, when we were in Anguilla recently, we hit up several spots. On our last day, though, Maundays was one of two beaches (Shoal Bay was the other) that I wanted to return to before we left town.Cap Juluca--the super excluse resort--is the only thing in Maundays Bay. And, truthfully, when you are there, you feel like you're somewhere you shouldn't be. I don't mean that you feel uncomfortable; you don't. I mean that you feel like you are sneaking onto a super exclusive property, and you just won't be able to believe that they just let people drive right up and spend a day there! The sand is the whitest, most powdery sand I've ever seen, and the water is NEON blue and calm and wonderful. When you enter the property, just go to the guard and tell them that you want to go to the beach. They'll direct you to park on the left, and you'll be just a 2 minute walk from the water. There's really no shade, though. So, you'll either want to bring an umbrella or put your towels/chairs under the seagrape trees.Though the public area is on the smaller side, it was never crowded when we were there. We also always felt very safe leaving our belongings on the beach while we played in the water.Though we didn't use them, there are many resort facilities, and I saw people using the bathrooms and getting drinks/snacks. This is a must-visit beach when on the island!

The beach is beautiful with very soft white sand that stretches out for a long distance which makes it a great beach for a long walk. The bay is usually very calm especially at the East end by the water sports shack.Beautiful turquoise colour!

Lovely beach! Wide with white powder sand. Great view to St Martin. I prefer the north side of the island even though this beach is beautiful too. So what is so bad about beautiful all around?

The beaches are like walking on powder and there were very few people on the beaches. Friendly people and great restaurants

Another amazing beach. Cap Jaluca is there. Kinda pricey but the beach is amazing. If you go, check it out.

The sand is fine, soft and clean and the water is clear and warm. It is not crowded or over developed. The only hotel on the bay is Cap Jaluca and it is the only place to stay! The service on the beach is incredible and if you get bored there's plenty of activities to keep you busy.

Maundays Bay is the site of Cap Juluca Resort. We did not stay there but arrived on a private boat charter. This was the first beach we visited in Anguilla. Absolutely breath-taking! The water is SOOOOO clear and calm. The sand is super soft. We hated to leave but we knew there were other magnificent beaches to experience. Paradise!

Stunning beach! The most beautiful beach we've seen! Staying at Cap Juluca is Always a fantastic experience. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous. All of the rooms are beach front, not ocean view. The food is great, especially served on the beach! We really loved the 3:00 sorbet! The staff are all great! Especially Carol, she always takes good care of us! Excellent hotel!

Maundays Bay is where Cap Juluca is. One of most beautiful beach resorts in the world! The beach is that powder like white sand. It's clean & not crowded. A day on the beach there takes away any stress you might have come there with.

We have seen a lot of beautiful caribbean beaches (Grand Cayman, St. John, St. Maarten, Barbados, Turks and Caicos, etc) but when we walked onto this beach it had one of the most amazing turquoise colour of water we have ever seen. The sand was white and the overall area was beautifully picturesque, and had next to nobody on it! We would highly recommend making a stop here!!

Cap Juluca, one of the finest resorts in the Caribbean, is the only resort on Maundays. As such, you have to go through CJ (not hard) to get to Maundays. The beach itself is fantastic. The water is unbelievably clear and the setting is very peaceful. We were able to set up our chairs underneath some grape trees at the east end of the beach, so we had some shade. That said, we never used it as our time was spent in the water and exploring the rocky point between Maundays and The Cove. My wife and son actually jumped into Maundays off of the rocks. The water was probably 15-20 feet deep where they jumped in but you could see to the bottom as though it was 3 feet deep...amazing. Maundays is a must-see for anybody visiting Anguilla.

Most people do not go to this beach unless they are staying at Cap Juluca. The resort of Cap Juluca covers this entire bay. If you want to go there just drive up the road to Cap Juluca, once at the guard shack tell them you are going to the beach, and they will direct you to a parking lot to he left. Since the beaches are all public in Anguilla you can go to any of them you want to. You will need to bring your own chairs or just sit on the sand. When you enter the beach there are some sea grape trees that are great to sit under if you need some shade. There is a bar right by the trees. WeE always enjoy our time at this beach.

Maundays Bay is simple gorgeous, with blue water and a view of St. Martin. What I like most is the Bay is somewhat smaller than others, and is more intimate.

Open right on the water. Great staff, great drinks and an overall chill, Caribbean vibe. It isn't open late (close at 11), so get there early. Or if you're staying at Cap Juluca, grab a cocktail before you head out to dinner!
