On entering the park at first it seems a bit run down. The show that the dolphins put on is ok nothing outstanding but we then went on to swim with the dolphins which is the best ever, you get to be pulled round the water, jumped over and pushed out of the water everyone should have a go, brilliant fun.

If you have a chance go see the show of the dolphins at the Delfinario. Great show and you can take a picture with the dolphin after the show for 5 CUC or you can swim with them.

We went swimming with dolphins in the open sea. The activity was super, but the picture - lady asks 10 CUC for each photo and this is too much! Give your camera to someone else (someone of the other group) and ask him/her to take pictures! You 'll have them digitally & more than 1 picture for the price of 0 CUC !

We enjoyed seeing the Dolphins. It was great to swim with them, touch and hold them! It was a great show too. Best adventure ever! Will definitely do this again!!

We went there with two children at age of 6 years. The entry fee are 15 cuc for an adult and 5 cuc for a kind under 12 year. On my opinion the price for adult is to high according to the quality of the show. The show goes on less that one hour, may be 45 minutes. The Dolphins almost swim in circles and jump two or three times, that is all.

Dolphins in the wild swim 60-80 miles a day. These dolphins swim in circles and do whatever they have to to eat. If you are going here, I hope you have a fantastic time as these dolphins were obviously suffering a great deal. I quickly realised that it's no okay to teach our children that animal cruelty is okay as long as it's fun, because it isn't.

well spent money. Swimming with the dolphins was great but not for small kids under 5 or 6 who aren't strong swimmers as life coats have no crotch strap.

Delfinarium is placed on the waters of natural lagoon, so dolphins live here in semi-captivity and in clean natural seawater. There is a performance with dolphins here two times a day every day, at 11 AM and 3 PM, tickets cost is 15 CUC/person. Show is good, in addition for 5 CUC more it is possible to take pictures with dolphins after show, touch them, give them a hug and get a kiss from them and so on. If you are very interested, you also can swim with dolphins, all needed equipment is provided, but it cost as much as 85 CUC.

Fantastic show, we were amazed at what the Dolphins could do! Play basketball, jump through hoops, dance...but we absolutely loved swimming with them, you get to be kissed by them, swim holding their fins, tickle their bellies, stand on them while they swim then throw you off! A truly magical experience

I have taken my grandchildren twice to this dolphin show. Really impressive! i have visited the one in Cayo Santa Maria as well as the one in Cayo Ccco.First Varadero has them beat. The show is more entertaining with hoops and trainer. After the show small children can usually go down on patform and touch the dolphins....So wonderful and amasing....not everyone wants to swim with the dolphins because they can't afford it or the children are too small.( I ususally give a tip for such a service) They is snack bar and workers are just such nice people. just outside there are camels grazing just arcross the yard.In front of the Melia Antilles ResortYou can go yourself to the Delfinario by the double decker bus that runs up & down the Varadero strip $5.00ea. small children were free. Great way to see other Hotels and the market ,downtown area.you can get off & on as you wish .your pass is for the day..So enjoy. and I believe the entry fee was $4.00 children and $6.00 for adults for Delifinario?? I would recommend this is something you want to see.Not sure of the price to swim with the dolphins .as grandchildren were too young(2008 & 2010) but i can image Cuba prices would be more reasonable than Dom.Republic.( i paid $65.00 to swim and that was 2001 in Punta Cana.) Our granddaughter has swam with dolphins in Cayo Coco 2014( $25.0cuc) at the Marina in Cayo Coco but there was no show.Cayo Santa Maria was o.k. not as nice as Varadero.. ENJOY

If the weather is not so nice in Varadero, you can visit Delfinario and try also to swim with dolphines (additional fee). The entrance is 15 CUC, show takes around 30-40 minutes. Show is both in english and spanish.

Wife had her birthday there. Saw the show then swam with the dolphins, absolutely brilliant. A bit pricey but great.

Went with my family of 6 , husband and 3 kids did the swim and it was great. I wasn't aloud to take pictures or video as they sell it to you after the show. Bought picture CD for 30 cuc and got all off our pictures including me and the baby watching the swim so that was great . Now the negative we where sold a DVD of the swim , a lady filmed the whole 30 min swim and keep focusing on me and baby on side to make us a part of the experience which I thought was thoughtful until we got back home and the only thing we received was a DVD of the dolphin swim nothing to do with us . What a waste of another 35 cuc :( please make sure to see the video before u take it back home .

It was great to swim with the dolphins, the show was good, but they're all about the money.. they wouldn't let anyone else take pictures so you're forced to buy theirs.. But otherwise, it was great.
