For first-timer like me the experience was awesome. I didnt thought it would be as great as it is. Seeing another natures wonder feels so great. It was tiring walking w few ascent, descent and crawling. But for a beginner on spelunking, it was so fun as we felt like we were on a short military training. It was great indeed. We booked d 1 day package only for 4999.00(its cheap) for a group of 10 inclusive of skull guard, headlamp, guides, cert. and transport(by single motor) from Kapalong tourism office to Brgy. Suaon and walked through the cave's entrance for less than 30 minutes , 1 day means only 2 caves. since we booked only for 1 day, we started travelling from Davao City at 5am by bus and we reached kapalong tourism office b4 the 7am orientation time and headed to brgy suaon immediately after the orientation.Riding on a single motorcycle was bit scary and tiring for me as i wasnt used to this but its what we saw inside the cave were all worth it. Stalagmite and stalactite were not that big and awesome as compared to what I saw in jenolan caves in austrlia but it was still great seeing another beauty of nature. Plus the accomodating tourism officer sir nonoy and the friendly guides. and n d beighborhood we took advantage of eating buco / young coconut for only 5 pesos which is so cheap compared to 20 pesos buco price in Davao City. :DBy the way Okbot Cave is 90% water so get ready to get wet and trust me its fun.
