Will and Grace have built Paraiso de Palani Resort and whilst this beach is a true secret pleasure it's only fair to share these truly hospitable people, for they nourished our souls. Their resort, while still constructing is spotless and wonderfully new. Everything worked. We felt so special at times we would think that we had paid thousands of dollars and landed at a Sandals Resort... but we didn't. We took an old bangka and rusty trike for mere pesos and wound up in paradise.A beach straight out of a traveL magazine. We were fed 3 fresh fully authentic, traditional Filipino meals a day along with snacks and fillers. When our sniffles, acquired in Cebu 2 days prior, became full blown colds they rallied around us plying us with healthy shakes and vitamin filled fruits, even creating warmed concoctions that soothed our throats. Truly delightful. A short walk to Town and you will find what you need and have an entourage of happy giggly children along with greeting smiles from all the locals. This is where you come to read that book youve never had time to read.Warning though, if you don't know how to relax you should probably stay home.

Palani turned out to be one of the nicest places i visited in the Philippines!I stayed in Paraiso de Palani for 2 nights. The best choice by far at the white beach. The owners Willy and Grace made me feel like home with there genuine hospitality:-) I was getting three meals per day prepared by the excelent cook Grace.Best seafood so far!The place is so nice and quite that you feel its all for you.I highly recommend Palani for those with a feeling of an adventure(its kind of hard to get there)They will be rewarded.

I went there three days ago and I stayed for two. The weather wasn't good unluckly, that's why I couldn't enjoy 100%, but I can say anyway it's a great location. Longer than your imagination white beach, coconut palms on the back side, wonderful sea ahead. No people, only nature and quietude. I had accommodation at El Paraiso de Palani, a cottage resort still under construction. Owner and staff were more than kind with me. They cooked me three meals per day because I hadn't any vehicle, charging me a really honest fare. They arranged for me the departure to Panay. But most important, Mr. Willy enjoyed me with his presence, speeches, ideas, nice colture.

Watch this beach area. When I went there, a couple was busy with construction of many rooms and a pavilion and other facilities for those who will visit. Long stretch of white sand. Quite remote and so this will never be wasted like Boracay.
