A nice fort but lacks adequate route marking inside. A few well informed guides can really improve showcasing this quaint little fort.

Architecture is definitely not like other Indian/Mughal forts. A active prison inside, so there is a time restriction to visit, no ticket is required to enter the fort neither restriction over photography/using camera inside. Sea View is excellent specially during sun-set. Must visit if visiting Diu.

Nice Location, this has a jail inside. The view of Diu from the fort is awesome. Fort is very small but nice to visit.

The fort was a Portugese structure and well spread out. Though it's not very well maintained which is a shocker, but it was definitely worth a visit. Once can easily make out its not an Indian fort , the way it was designed. It's one of the best attractions in Diu

Fort itself is good. There are places where great photographs can be taken but it was all so dirty and with such a bad smell, you cannot stand at a place just to get clicked for second.

This historic landmark is not as clean as it should've been. The view from the fort is amazing nonetheless.

India is a country of magnificent forts. The Diu fort was historically important but not as magnificent or impenetrable as many other forts in India. There are some old cannons and a lighthouse with a nice 360 degree view. Won't miss much if you miss this one.

The Diu fort was an imposing structure, but it seems to be completely abandoned to the grass. Hardly any signs to tell you any history or the battles that it saw, the strategic importance, just grass growing everywhere like a jungle. It seems that they probably clean it up once in a few years

MODAYIL

The fort is a protected monument. The view from the fort is breathtaking. Climb on to the top of the light house and you can see the whole of Diu and the open ocean in front of you. Marvellous sight you will never forget and wonderful photo opportunity. A little more of maintenance by the Govt. would be welcome.

What I brought back from Diu were the picturesque memories of the vast, spotless sea...u open your eyes and you just sea water as far as you can see. Diu fort offers a beautiful view from an elevation. Must visit- light house

The location of the fort at the corner of Diu island is wonderful. Exploring the fort is like having a glimpse of the colonial past. The view from the lighthouse is marvelous. A great place to visit!

Beautifully maintained, clean & picturesque! Enjoyed our evening sojourn to this site. Overlooking the sea, there are many photo op points including an opportunity to walk along its ramparts. A beautiful feature of Diu

Very good view to watch. Can shot many panoramic pics. However the fort is not properly maintained by government. Walls are broken, cannons are misplaced. Lots of garbage in fort itself. Inspite of all demerits, I liked this place.Sharing some pano shots.

Nothing out of the blue. A very run of the mill fort. Photos come out nice with the sea in the backdrop.
