Very nice spot to visit. It's off the beaten path of Antigua, but simple and quiet. Run by a expat who escaped from the San Francisco rat race. Beautiful botanical garden full of macadamia trees.But, the hidden secret is that they have some of the best pancakes I've ever tasted. Very rich and filling. Similar to some of the best Red Velvet pancakes in Los Angeles. If you have with the rich Guatemalan coco then you have an experience worth the trip

Grab a bike or taxi and make your way to this gorgeous little hideaway. Just off the main road, Valhalla is producing, exporting and cooking up the best macadamias. They offer a tour and a fabulous menu. The Macadamia pancakes are delicious, their spread is homemade and their juices are fresh off their farm fruits. Enjoy! The bathroom reminds of Swiss Family Robinson...
